Position : Administrative Assistant
Schedule : Monday to Friday, daytime hours
Salary : To be discussed
We are looking for a versatile individual to fill a diverse administrative role that includes two main areas:
- Accounting
- Administrative support
Main Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant
- Accounting:
- 
Enter supplier invoices 
- 
Make bank deposits 
- 
Process vehicle receptions 
- 
Handle dealer trade contracts 
- 
Follow up on receivables 
- Administrative Support:
- 
Perform any other related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the business 
Skills and Qualifications
- 
Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness 
- 
Good judgment and autonomy 
- 
Strong analytical and decision-making skills 
- 
Discretion, confidentiality, and professional ethics 
- 
Team spirit and collaboration 
Education and Experience
- 
College diploma (DEC) in Accounting and Management or any other relevant related field 
- 
Knowledge of administrative work in a car dealership (an asset) 
- 
Experience in accounting (an asset)
