Sierra is ready to leave the paved roads behind with the optional X31 Off-Road Package, which includes:

X31 emblem
Trucks equipped with the X31 package come with an enhanced visual presentation as well as essential off-road functionality. The visual package includes an X31 graphic and a special finish on the interior trims. Also included with every X31 truck is the badge on the rear body near the tailgate.

All-terrain suspension with Rancho® shocks
Enjoy a smoother ride as you conquer rougher terrain than city streets.

2-speed Autotrac® transfer case
Get the right power from your transmission at the right time. This function allows you to drive smoothly on the roads and with control off the roads.

Metal underbody protection and high capacity air filter
These features allow your truck to operate in more difficult conditions. The metal underbody shield ensures that debris from your adventure does not critically impact the parts under the truck. When you lift the dust, the high-capacity air filter ensures a comfortable ride for the cabin and passengers.

Descent control
This feature makes steep descents a breeze. Your pickup activated with Hill Descent Control will use anti-lock braking to automatically help provide a controlled descent on steep inclines.
