Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive

The Sales Representative is someone who puts customer needs first, knows how to build trust-based relationships, and is eager to contribute actively to the success of our dealership.

Main Responsibilities of a Sales Representative

• Greet customers and identify their needs in order to offer the vehicle that suits them best.
• Present the features, advantages, and promotions of various Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC models.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, including test drives, negotiation, and delivery.
• Keep product knowledge up to date, including new models, financing rates, and ongoing promotions.
• Follow up diligently with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments (financing, delivery, service) to provide a complete and professional customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• No sales experience required
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Professional attitude with a focus on customer service
• Team spirit and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in French (knowledge of English is an asset)
