A Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and organizing sales-related activities. It acts as a central hub between different departments, including sales, customer service and inventory management. Its main objective is to ensure smooth and efficient coordination between teams, while ensuring that sales processes run seamlessly and efficiently to deliver an optimal customer experience.

Main tasks of a Coordinator

• Provide support and monitoring to the sales team in the preparation and delivery of vehicles sold
• Plan, organize and meet with customers to complete the documents when taking possession of their new vehicle
• Present, explain all the options and equipment of their new vehicle
• Ensure customer satisfaction, in the short and long term
• Manage vehicle exchanges between dealerships
• Manage the schedules of our commission agents on the road
• Perform all other related tasks related to the position.
